National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival will be holidays from October 1st to 8th, a total of 8 days. Work on September 27 (Sunday) and October 10 (Saturday).

How to calculate overtime pay on holidays?

Overtime pay on rest days = monthly wage base ÷ 21.75 days × 200% × number of overtime days.
If workers are arranged to work on statutory holidays, they shall be paid wages not less than 300% of their wages.
Overtime pay on statutory holidays = monthly wage base ÷ 21.75 days × 300% × number of overtime days.

Note: Whether it is 300% or 200% overtime pay, the employer needs to pay it separately after paying the employee's monthly salary. If an employer arranges workers to work overtime on statutory holidays, it shall not replace overtime pay with compensatory leave, and overtime pay shall be paid separately at a rate not less than 300% of the worker's daily or hourly wage.

2020 Holiday Schedule
