The Naxi proverbs about the Torch Festival legend preserve important information about the origin of the Torch Festival, and together with the records in "Yuxi Bianshi", "Luquan County Chronicles" and "Dongxi County Chronicles", they provide important clues for exploring the origin of the Torch Festival.
