For annual leave days that employees should have taken but did not take, the employer shall pay annual leave wages at 300% of the employee’s daily wage income. ” Eligible employees may apply to their unit for annual leave for the current year. However, the employer may not arrange annual leave for employees with the employees' consent. If the employees' wages have been paid normally during the period when they did not take annual leave, the employer only needs to pay 300% of the employee's daily wage income. It is worth noting that even if employees meet the leave condition of "continuous work for more than one year", they may not be able to enjoy the annual leave that year.
