Haifu was in despair and prayed to the sky for a righteous path. Just as he finished speaking, a crane flew over. The crane carried Haifu across the abyss, leaving behind a long sword made of fairy feathers. Haifu relied on the long sword to cut through the thorns and finally arrived at the place of Goddess Guanyin of the South China Sea.
