The best place for Feng Shui in Beijing turns out to be here
Introduction: As the saying goes, "the land and water nurture the people", this is also related to the Feng Shui of the region. The reason why Beijing has become the first capital of emperors throughout the dynasties is also related to Feng Shui, but where is the best Feng Shui in Beijing? Let’s take a look together below!

1. Yuquan Mountain

Yuquan Mountain is located five or six miles west of the Summer Palace. Yuquan Mountain, with six peaks connected and winding from north to south, is a branch of the eastern foot of Xishan Mountain. On the "south side of the mountain", its most prominent feature is "the soil pattern is hidden, like the scales of a blue dragon, and there are springs everywhere in the sand marks and stone crevices. Because the spring water here is "clear and green, as clear as jade", it is called "Yuquan". Yuquan Mountain is located at the foot of Xishan Mountain in Haidian District, Beijing, on the west side of the Summer Palace. The mountain runs northwest, shaped like a saddle, with a depth of 1,300 meters, the widest point from east to west is about 450 meters, and the main peak is 100 meters above sea level. There are strange rocks and caves in the mountain, gurgling streams, and flowing springs. It is said to be a Feng Shui treasure land. In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, drinking water in the palace was transported from Yuquan, and later it gradually became one of the sources of water for the people.

2. Temple of Heaven

The Temple of Heaven is another feature of Beijing, located in the southern part of Beijing, on the east side of Yongdingmennei Street in Dongcheng District. The Temple of Heaven was first built in the 18th year of the Yongle reign of the Ming Dynasty (1420), and was rebuilt during the reigns of Emperor Qianlong and Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty. And during the Ming and Qing dynasties, emperors used it to offer sacrifices to heaven and pray for a good harvest. The ministers of the past said: In ancient times, people worshipped the sky at the Circular Mound and the earth at the Square Mound. The Circular Mound is a hill on the ground in the southern suburbs. It is round and high, symbolizing the sky. Fangqiu is a hill in the marsh in the northern suburbs. The hill is square at the bottom, symbolizing the earth. "So it was decided to separate the sacrifices to heaven and earth, build the Circular Mound to the south of the Great Sacrifice Hall to worship heaven, and build the Fangze Altar outside the Anding Gate in the north city to worship the earth. It can be seen that the feng shui of the Temple of Heaven is extraordinary.

3. Tiananmen Square

Speaking of Beijing, everyone will think of Tiananmen Square, the place where the national red flag stands solemnly. It is also a must-visit place for every tourist to Beijing. It is located in the center of Beijing and was also the main gate of the imperial city in ancient times. The total height of Tiananmen Gate is 33.7 meters. At the bottom is a Sumeru pedestal made of white marble, and on the pedestal is a red pier more than 10 meters high, built with large bricks, each weighing 43 kilograms. The main hall of the tower on the pier is nine bays wide from east to west and five bays deep from north to south. The number "nine and five" is used to represent the emperor as the "nine and five" and his supreme status. Beijing is the capital of China, and it is the center of Beijing. The importance of its location is self-evident.
