Article 4 The local people's governments of the areas where ethnic minorities live in concentrated communities shall determine the dates of holidays for festivals celebrated by ethnic minorities in accordance with the customs of those ethnic groups. Article 5 There will be no holidays on the February 7th Anniversary, the May 30th Anniversary, the July 7th Anniversary of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the September 3rd Anniversary of the Victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, the September 18th Anniversary, Teachers' Day, Nurses' Day, Journalists' Day, Arbor Day and other holidays and anniversaries.
